These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of retirementedge.vip and the Retirement Edge research service (the "Service"), operated by Retirement Edge. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What Retirement Edge is

Retirement Edge is a financial research and publishing service. We provide model-portfolio research and educational model portfolios on a general, subscription basis. We publish the same research to all subscribers within a given track; we do not provide personalized recommendations.

Not investment advice. Retirement Edge is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on this site or in our communications is individualized investment, tax, or legal advice. All content is general research and information published under the publisher's exemption, Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional about your specific situation. Retirement Edge is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Thrift Savings Plan, the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, or any U.S. government agency.

Performance & backtested results

Performance figures shown are backtested and hypothetical, sourced from Portfolio Visualizer. Backtested performance does not represent actual trading, is prepared with the benefit of hindsight, and is shown for illustration only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Backtested results do not reflect fees, taxes, transaction costs, or slippage, which would reduce returns.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Reserving a spot before launch requires only your email — no payment is collected at that time.
  • The founding-member rate is 20% off your first year. After the first year, the subscription renews at the then-current standard price; the founding discount is not guaranteed beyond year one.
  • You may cancel any time during the 60-day free trial at no charge; if you cancel before the trial ends, you are never billed. Once billing begins on day 61, the subscription is a one-year annual term at the founding rate; renewal and refund terms are presented at checkout.
  • Billing, refund, and auto-renewal terms presented at checkout apply to your subscription.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the research and updates we provide, and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

All content, research, branding, and materials on the site are owned by Retirement Edge and protected by applicable law. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own purposes only.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retirement Edge will not be liable for any investment losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
